God’s Not Dead – Review

This next film in the God’s Not Dead franchise is an inspiring, must-see movie for everyone.

God’s Not Dead / We The People is another powerful movie from the franchise of the same name. In watching about the fight to be able to homeschool children versus being required to attend public school, I didn’t realize until the end of the movie that I was actually watching a fight for choice and freedom. It made me realize the importance of understanding the full impact of our laws and freedoms. I have a stronger dedication to our country and I want to share that with my own children and show them the monuments that stand for those historical choices. My hope is that others aren’t swayed by the religious title of the movie but are impacted by the full message of the film.

Synopsis: The God’s Not Dead franchise continues in God’s Not Dead: We the People as Reverend Dave (White) is called to defend a group of Christian homeschooling families.  He finds himself taken aback by the interference of the government, and believing that their right to educate their own children is a freedom worth fighting for, Reverend Dave is called to Washington DC to testify in a landmark congressional hearing that will determine the future of religious freedom in our country for years to come.
