Video Hop with Taylormadecards4U
The Mrs. Darcy digital kit is from Taylormadecards4u. I received this kit in order to participate in the video hop they are sponsoring. After printing it out and seeing the folded envelop/pocket design it immediately made me think about inserting or hiding messages. That idea took on a variety of different hidden visual messages. These hidden messages are found somewhat by chance.

This month I am participating in a Halloween video blog hop. I created the card above for the hop and I am sharing the cutting files free (links below). The unique quality of this card is that the spider web glows in the dark.
I used my Cricut Maker to cut the black cardstock and the clear overhead projector sheet. I had some trouble finding the right setting for the overhead plastic, I ended up using the Cricut mat cover sheet setting and adding more pressure. The finished folded card is 6″ x 4″
Some items used in this post have been provided.
white cardstock – 8″ x 6″
overhead projector sheet
glow in the dark paint
heat gun (optional)
personal cutting machine (Cricut Maker)
free cut files (linked below)
The file contains both cut images. [cut file] To download the file, click on the text in the brackets above, the image will open in a new window. Right-click the image and save as an SVG file.
Well, glow in the dark photographs blurry, but here is a close-up of the web.
