Make a Bracelet from Paper

Let’s make a beautiful bracelet you will love from paper.

finished bracelet

You can create beads from all kinds of paper and turn them into beautiful jewelry. This bracelet was made using a free printable on regular copy paper, but the technique works with any paper you choose. The process is the same—only the look will change!

To purchase the same magnetic clasps, they are available on Amazon: https://amzn.to/45Bb6CC

two beads

Using the free SVG file linked above will create two different-sized beads when rolled. If you prefer all your beads to be the same size, simply print and cut two sheets of the same size design instead of one.

coated beads

I chose for my beads to be shiny so I used two coats of Diamond Glaze. There are a variety of different materials you can use to coat your paper beads. Here are some suggestions:

  • Mod Podge
  • varnish
  • UV resin
  • clear nail polish
  • acrylic spray
  • gel medium
  • white glue + water

Paper craft a folio with journaling cards with printables from Go Create Craft.

finished folio

Today I’m crafting with beautiful printables from Go Create Craft to make this charming folio and coordinating cards!
It’s such a versatile paper craft—perfect for tucking into journals, adding to scrapbook pages, or gifting as a thoughtful handmade surprise.

The Go Create Craft printables I used came from the Autumn Flowers Digital Paper Pack.

materials

I used a magnetic closure, but Velcro would totally work if that’s what you have on hand!

Suggested Materials:

printer

My go-to printer brand for years has been HP. I also use their ink supply service where I pay a monthly fee and they send me ink cartridges as needed. It comes out to be a lot less money this way. The HP Envy Inspire is a great-priced machine that will produce beautiful prints.

paper

If you are looking for a great crafting-weight paper for printables, I have been using HP Project Paper. It is heavier than copier paper but not quite as heavy as cardstock. It is a great medium weight for layering, folding, and more!

These are festive quick and easy Christmas Tree napkin rings. They will add a touch of Christmas color to your table decor. With just a few materials you can have a table setting full of them in no time. What a great project to get the family or the children involved in crafting. I used a personal cutting machine but I have included a template to use for cutting out by hand as well.

Heart Boxes

This is an example of the sixty some odd heart boxes we made for Valentine’s Day. Who were the lucky recipients? Kids in my daughters’ classes and their basketball teammates. What was inside? Those famous lip balm balls everyone is talking about, a mustache whistle and a valentine gumball. Some boxes were filled with spritz heart cookies as well. We had so much fun making them, we worked in a production line fashion. This was from last year. This year, we need to come up with something similar to place those yummy Lindt Chocolates into. That post will be coming soon.

A few more of the boxes finished.

Materials:

  • Valentine-themed scrapbook paper
  • personal cutting machine (I used a Cricut Explore Air 2)
  • or scissors
  • free svg file or free printable template (both are linked below)

Special thanks to  Cricut for providing the Cricut Explore Air 2 in order to produce posts similar to this one.

Thanksgiving Napkin Ring

Add to your table setting with this lovely leaf napkin ring.

Need an idea for a last minute Thanksgiving table decoration? How about a leaf napkin ring. You could make the rest of your decor fit the theme with leaves from the yard and a few candles! A very season appropriate design. If you have a cricut or silhouette machine, you can download the file to easily cut these napkin rings. If not, I have included a template to cut by hand. Enjoy your holiday with family and friends!
