These cute paper bunnies are perfect for all kinds of crafting! While they’re especially sweet for Easter projects—like cards, banners, or treat bags—they’re cute enough to use year-round. My go-to printer brand for years has been HP. I also use their ink supply service where I pay a monthly fee and they send me ink cartridges as needed. It comes out to be a lot less money this way. The HP Envy Inspire is a great-priced machine that will produce beautiful prints.

If you are looking for a great crafting-weight paper for printables, I have been using HP Project Paper. It is heavier than copier paper but not quite as heavy as cardstock. It is a great medium weight for layering, folding, and more!

Bunny Treat Box and SVG

Make a bunny treat box for Easter with this free SVG file.

With Easter right around the corner, why not make this cute bunny box. What a cute way to give a treat. Both young and old will get a kick out of it. You can make them in different sizes and colors. Personalize them and they make a great place setting name tag.

I used Stardream Metallic Card Stock in Crystal for the box and Astrobright in Pulsar Pink for the ears and nose. CutCardStock’s Stardream line is one of my favorite card stocks with a bit of metallic, it has a great look.

I cut the SVG file out on a Cricut Maker. Placing two different pieces of card stock on the mat, I adjusted the file in Design Space. This made it easier to cut once instead of twice.

As a reminder when cutting, set the red lines to score and load your scoring tool before setting the file to cut. The materials are minimal for this project making it so easy to make. It would be fun to get the kids involved.

I cut the whisker with scissors from a scrap of black and chose to draw in the eyes instead of cutting them out.

Pom-Pom Bunny

How to craft a yarn pom-pom bunny.

This adorable little bunny is very easy to make. You can make one or many (you know bunnies tend to duplicate) in a variety of sizes. They would make cute holiday decor or a great addition to a special Easter basket.

Materials:

yarn
scissors
felt – pink and white
hot glue gun
a bead
two pens

Instructions:

I used two pens to make the small pom, two of my fingers for the medium pom and four fingers for the large pom. Wrap yarn around the pens about 20 times and cut the yarn end. Using another piece of yarn, run it between the two pens and around the yarn. Tie a tight knot, removing the pens if you need to get the knot really tight. Cut the looped yarn and trim the pom to a nice circular shape. Do the same for the next two poms.

The parts needed to make the bunny: the three poms, white felt cut for the ears and pink felt cut for the inside of the ears. One bead.

Using the hot glue, glue the pink felt to the white felt.

Glue the three poms together to form the bunny body.

Using hot glue, pinch the ears at the bottom with a small bit of glue. Then attach them to the bunny body. Also, glue the bead in place for the nose.
