I’ve been on a Lisa Horton kick lately, and this tag was made using her Cloud 9 ink pads! I smooshed and layered three colors together, and I absolutely love the result—such a beautiful blend!
The three ink pad colors I used were Cobble Stones, Tranquil Waters, and Surfs Up. The two blues are actually more closely related than the labels suggest.
