With ScraPerfect
As a part of the ScraPerfect design team, I have a video tutorial posted on their blog today making a Christmas Card in July. This easy card design can be used for a variety of different occasions, not just Christmas. By changing the theme of the paper, you’ve changed the look of the card. The best thing about this design is that you can use any kind of paper. Consider using up your scraps, wrapping paper, or even magazine cutouts. The design is great for beginner card makers who might not have a ton of supplies.
Here is a close-up view of the finished card with the sentiment in place. You could choose to use a stamp instead, handwrite a greeting, or just leave the design plain. The grid-aligned pieces remind me of quilting.
Many of the items I use in my posts are provided by the manufacturers in order to promote their products.
I want to give special thanks to those brands who sponsor this site.
You can check out the entire card tutorial on the ScraPerfect blog here: [Christmas Card] The post contains a video tutorial with some tips and easy-to-follow directions.
If you would like the word art file I used for the sentiment, you can purchase it here [Word Art] I have printed one out on card stock and another on sticker paper. I keep them handy in my craft room.

Perfect for using up those little scraps of paper that are too good to throw away 🙂
