
For the background of this week’s tag, I started by smooshing KingArt metallic paint onto cardstock. To add another layer of interest, I stenciled white paint over the metallic base. This technique softened the shine in some areas while allowing other spots to really stand out and shimmer.

To finish off the tag, I added a few final touches—a sentiment, a butterfly, and some ribbon. These simple elements brought the whole design together beautifully.
