Spring yellow dots in three different tag shapes – this week’s free printable. #freebie #printable
The freebie this week is a continuation of the bright yellow dot pattern, so bright and appropriate for spring. This time it is used for making tags. These tags come in three sizes and three different shapes.
Welcome to our weekly Link Party! This is a great opportunity for you to share your latest blog post, recipe, craft tutorial, or any other creative work you’ve been working on lately. We’re always excited to see what our readers come up with! However, we do have a few simple rules to make sure the party runs smoothly.
A few simple rules:
Link to a specific post, not your homepage.
Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.
Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops, or business links are not accepted.
Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.

I am attending Creativation 2023 – learn all about it and how you can follow along. #creativation23 @namta #namta #tradeshow
I am heading to Creativation this week! Here is a little history first. About a year or so ago, Namta and AFCI merged together making one organization – Namta. They took on the trade show name Creativation that was used by AFCI.
Namta is The Association of the art/creative materials industry members. Namta was originally more fine art focused in my opinion whereas AFCI was more craft-focused. I was originally a member of AFCI and am now currently a member of Namta as a content creator.
Namta members are retail sellers, supplier manufacturers, distributors and importers, and independent representatives of art materials products. Creativation is Namta’s yearly trade show. It isn’t open to the public. That is where I come in. I will be sharing all things Creativation on my social channels so you can come along with me to the show.
About the Show:
There are five jam-packed days of Creativation. The show starts with two days of education classes, which I will be attending. And then, three days of the trade show floor, where I will be demoing and attending.
After the first day of classes, I am hosting a dinner gathering for my designer friends. We get together to chat and share a meal. I have collected items for a sway bag from manufacturers. A special thanks to all that donated.
If you want to follow along, see the activity and new products being released, make sure to follow me on my social media links:

Make a 3D Easter Egg with this free SVG file. #papercraft #EasterEgg
with a free SVG file
Learn how to make this pretty 3D egg with a free SVG file available in the store. The leaf patterns that you remove can be saved for another decorative project. You can remove the leaf pattern if you are making the egg out of decorative paper for a different look. Make one or a few as you need.
Learn how to create texture while using packing paper. #cardmaking #crafttutorial
There are many materials around you that can be used for crafting. I recently bought a glass item that came wrapped in brown packing paper. Before throwing it away, I thought I could use it for crafting. I used a stamp pad to enhance the wrinkles for a textural background.
After inking the paper, I coordinated cardstock, a colored envelope, and a sentiment I had in my stash that was made with washi tape.
If you would like to learn how to make the washi tape words, that tutorial can be found here: [washi words]

Here is a close-up of the finished card. The little gold embellishments are diamond dotz.
