Designing with Vinyl :: Giveaway

Have you used vinyl in any craft creations? Receiving vinyl from Expressions Vinyl, I was excited to get started. I have a Cricut machine and I have cut paper but never vinyl on it. The vinyl cut so easily. If you don't have a cutting machine, I have a few ideas for you: cut simple shapes by hand, use a paper punch, a die cut machine, or have it cut at your local scrapbooking store (they have cutting machines).

I am in a personalizing and identifying kick. Three of us have the same Kindle Fire. We bought different colored covers so we could tell them apart. They are solid in color and rather boring. Talking to my daughter, she was interested in trying her tablet cover out first and creating a design for her cover. Here is our attempt.

 The first image show the tablet cover and the vinyl we decided to use, second - cutting the vinyl, third - the final design she choose and finally a little something for the back of the tablet cover.

If you would like to give it a try, Expressions Vinyl is offering Try it - Like it readers a 10% off coupon code: TRYITLIKEIT.
