The other day I made a bracelet for my daughter. After seeing it, my other daughter said, "you could make me a bracelet!" So here is that version. I am still working from the dollar store set of beads. This time I am working a figure eight using a seed bead, I think a cylinder bead, and a bugle bead. I say "I think" a cylinder bead because they are cut so poorly and I can't really determine a shape but they are smaller then the other seed beads. Basically, three different sized beads.
Just a reminder - using the dollar store variety beads is perfectly fine for simple beading patterns. I like the dollar store packs because they contain a set of beads in a color palette that goes together well and they are inexpensive to work with. I also work with them to show that you can create something nice from all different price points. Crafting doesn't have to be expensive!
Here is a free printable pattern for threading the figure eight. [figure eight pattern]
